This video tells the story of containing the exposed reactor 4’s core, by building the original Chernobyl Sarcophagus. An emergency shelter built in extreme conditions, using dangerous methods, and with little room for error. I’ve spent hours reconstructing the project using archival photos, forgotten blueprints, and never-before-seen animations.
