The future of work and the practice of management will be transformed by emerging innovative technologies coupled with the fourth industrial revolution elements including artificial intelligence, virtual reality, internet and more. Consequently, the future of business and management education will be redefined and reshaped to help develop and train future business leaders and entrepreneurs. Furthermore, the digitization of organizations and businesses, in general, will help change many of the basic administrative and managerial activities, and processes to mention a few. Accordingly, business schools have the choice either to be passive and get disrupted or to take a more proactive position, become flexible and embrace disruption and try to adapt to the ongoing changes taking place and stay relevant. One thing for sure is that the future is going to be very different and uncertain and the only constant element moving forward will be the speed of transformation and change. Accordingly, it is imperative to understand (a) How to challenge business schools to change business, government, and society? and (b) How to challenge our scholars to build a better system for inclusive growth in order to increase the value they create for society?
