Road Work Concrete Patching -    • Concrete Road Patching - Road Work Ahead   Today we are on one twenty one in Decatur, Illinois replacing the road in front of this Asphalt plant with concrete so that the trucks coming in and out of this plant do not tear up the new pavement when they turn to get onto the road. We have already been on this stretch of road a year ago doing concrete patches. This section in front of the asphalt plant was put on hold until the other contractor paved the road with asphalt so that the new concrete matched up with the new asphalt perfectly.
