While managing both project management and finance in a single system could seem complex, AccountAbility stands out for its simplicity. Plus, the quick add feature simplifies the creation of jobs, timelines, estimates, purchase orders, and production invoices. One standout feature we love is the ability to schedule invoices. From an estimate, simply navigate to production invoices and click on "Scheduled Invoices" in the top right-hand corner. You can set invoices to be a percentage or a specific amount of the job estimate, making invoicing a breeze. Just select the number of months you wish to invoice over, enter the date of the first invoice, and Accountability handles the rest, calculating percentages and amounts automatically. Creating purchase orders (POs) is also effortless. Simply select the items from an approved estimate, choose your supplier, review the details, and click "OK" to create the PO.
