Currently, the Jito-Solana validator client utilizes more than 230 validators and accounts for over 40% of the Solana stake. You obtain yield-bearing JitoSOL, which is a representation of your initial SOL investment plus any accumulated staking incentives, when you stake into Jito Network's stake pools. SOL deposits will be distributed by the Jito Network stake pool among a decentralized group of 100 validators who are using the Jito-Solana client. Jito Network's treasury and JitoSOL receive the MEV incentives from validators in the stake pool, along with the staking rewards, resulting in a positive flywheel.
