Currently, Musashigawa Oyakata (the 67th Yokozuna Musashimaru) carries on this legacy, guiding young wrestlers with strict yet warm instruction. During the November Kyushu Tournament, the stable set up lodgings at Taga Shrine in Nogata City, Fukuoka Prefecture. With the support of the local community, they conducted passionate daily training sessions. The morning practice, held in a traditional atmosphere, is powerful and filled with the unique tension that comes before a tournament. This time, we were able to capture footage of the wrestlers training just before the Kyushu Tournament, as well as scenes of their essential meals for building their bodies. ・Musashigawa Stable Address: 4-1-10 Chuo, Edogawa-ku, Tokyo Head Coach: Musashigawa Mitsutaka (67th Yokozuna Musashimaru) Website: https://musashigawa.com/ ・Taga Shrine Address: 701 Naoji, Naoji City, Fukuoka Prefecture Website: https://tagajinja.net/ #japanaesefood #japanesestreetfood #streetfood #sumo #sumofood
