With no physical evidence linking Adams or his co-defendants to the crime, the prosecution's case leaned heavily on the incentivized testimony of co-defendant Jason Autry, who accepted an 8-year sentence to run concurrently with time he was already serving on an unrelated offense in exchange for his testimony.
