It’s creamy, thick, smooth, full of mango flavor and extra taste added with custard powder. To Make Mango Custard Alphonso Mango - 2 Whole Milk - 1 Litre Sugar - 1/2 Cup Mango Custard Powder - 2 1/2 Tbsp Milk 1/2 cup Sabja Seeds - 1 Tbsp Cooked Vermicelli -1/2 cup Mango Jelly 1/2 packet Preparation 1. First boil the milk, once it comes to a boil add sugar and stir it well. Add custard powder mix with milk and continue stir. Let it boil for few more minutes and turn off the heat. Let it cool for sometime and then pour it to the blender. Add chopped mangoes and blend it well until it becomes smooth. 2. Soak basil seeds with water and set aside. 3. Make mango jelly according to the package direction and set aside. 4. Cook vermicelli according to the package direction. 5. After cooking strain the water and pour 1 cup cold water. 6. Transfer the milk/mango purée to a serving bowl. Add cooked vermicelli and soaked sabja(basil)seeds. Add mango jelly. Add few chopped mangoes. Mix it well. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours. 7. Transfer to the serving glass and garnish it with chopped nuts. Serve it cold.
