Making money off of a fitness brand/personal brand really just comes down to what the motivation behind it is... If your motive is strictly financial, you just need to build an audience and get the attention of a ton of different people by providing free value and then push a product that you either own or are sponsored by... If your motive is to be the biggest name in fitness or to work with a specific brand like Nike, you need to collaborate with other people in your field and try to really get your name out their by providing value and consistently posting content until you get to where you need to be to do whatever it is that you want to do.
