Because I transcribed this MIDI from the copyist's manuscript, there might be some small mistakes like wrong/missing notes since his hand writing looks pretty bruh 😂 I also used Leslie Howard's (marvelous as always) recording for checking for mistakes (his recording is sightly different from the original tho, and I actually applied some of his changes into this MIDI). Also please note that I used ossia for this MIDI. Making this version gave me some nostalgic moments of the first version which I did nearly a year ago XD Although the first version is longer, much more virtuosic and contains more interesting contents, I like this revised version more :) "The second version of Gaudeamus igitur – Paraphrase was prepared by Liszt for publication and survives in a fair copy in a copyist's hand with corrections and title-page in Liszt's hand. Unlike the first version (Volume 40), the revision was never published (and it is not to be confused with the later Gaudeamus igitur – Humoreske, also in Volume 40). It remains an amusing, if entirely unimportant, pièce d'occasion."
