We'll conquer the winding roads, making our way to the chapel at the highest point of the pass, offering a moment of tranquility amidst the wild beauty. On route we’ll see a nature reserve, gaze across green meadows and learn about the phenomenon of hitchhiking benches. But the adventure didn't stop there! I also embarked on a stunning hike alongside the picturesque Klöntalersee to reach the magnificent Waterfall Am Klöntalersee. The trail might have been wet, but the immersive experience and the stunning views made every step worth it. The PragelPass (elevation 1,540 meters or 5,052 feet) is a high mountain pass in the Swiss Alps, connecting the canton of Schwyz with the canton of Glarus. While not as famous as some of Switzerland's other major passes, the Pragel offers a truly authentic and less-trafficked alpine experience.
