If something has 100% bioavailability, that means 100% the substance that was ingested, inhaled, rubbed onto the skin etc will be picked up and processed by the body. The higher the bioavailability, the easier it is for your body to absorb it and the less of the substance you will need to feel its effects. Usually substances like CBD have varying levels of bioavailability depending on their form. Inhaling with a vape or using a sublingual method to absorb a compound more directly into the blood stream often offers higher bioavailability than swallowing as the stomach and digestive system may break down or damage the compound before it is absorbed.
