Join me for a nature journaling session among the redwoods. In this video, I take you from start to finish, as I observe, paint, and document at Coast Redwood. If you find your mind scattered, jumping from one worry to the next, nature journaling might be your path towards more stillness. Along the way, you’ll hear from folks (young and old) passing by, as they get curious (and inspired) about what I’m up to. Nature journaling is a fun, creative activity that brings you into the moment and helps you notice things you’d typically overlook. It’s great practice in focus, attention, and slowing down. You don’t have to be an artist to nature journal. All you need is a paper, something to write with, and a curious mindset. Ask yourself these 3 questions: What do I notice? What do I wonder? What does it remind me of? I woke up one day to find myself wildly out of alignment, and set out on a quest to reconnect with myself, nature, and art. I read every comment.
