The speakers included: Thines Ganeshamoorthy, University student, blogger, campaigner Julia Smith, Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist, Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Dr Nick Wilkinson, Consultant Paediatric Rheumatologist, Evelina London Children’s Hospital, Guys and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust Learning Objectives: After the webinar, participants had: heard from a service user and service providers about their perspectives of the values, behaviours and actions of individuals across the system that can help or hinder transition for young people reflected upon their own experience of values, behaviours and actions that help or hinder locally considered values, behaviours or actions from the speakers that they could apply locally to improve the process of transition Had understood the importance of the active engagement of young people in design and evaluation of transition systems and processes.
