College students and a professor, were detained for violating the 163 BNSS imposed last evening and obstructing authorities. The protest saw students blocking National Highway 6, stone-pelting at police, and disruption in the area. One person was injured, and some journalists were attacked. Shops and businesses remain closed. Police confirm that the situation is under control, with a large contingent deployed to maintain law and order.
