So why not give this easy pie recipe a try and see why it's a staple in our household, and discover the joy of homemade baking with this easy and delicious apple pie recipe. 📌 Baked in a large silicone loaf pan (10×4×3 in / 26×10×7 cm) • I used a silicone pan, so I didn’t grease it. • If you’re using a metal or glass pan, grease it lightly with butter or oil. • Bake at 350°F (180°C) with convection (fan) for about 1 hour, until golden and cooked through. • If your pan is smaller, use ⅔ of the ingredients and bake for about 40 minutes instead. 🍏 Ingredients for a large loaf pan (10×4×3 in / 26×10×7 cm): • 3 eggs • ¾ cup + 2 tbsp (180 g) sugar • ½ tsp vanilla extract • 10 tbsp (140 g) unsalted butter, softened or melted (not hot) • 1 cup (220–230 g) plain yogurt • 2½ cups (320–330 g) all-purpose flour • 2 tsp (10–12 g) baking powder • A pinch of salt • 5–6 large apples (peeled and sliced or diced) • To sprinkle: almond flakes and sugar 👩🍳 Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) with convection (fan on). 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until light and slightly foamy. 3. Add the butter and yogurt and mix until smooth. 4. Sift in the flour and baking powder, and stir just until combined. The batter should be thick but creamy. 5. If using a silicone pan, no need to grease it. If using a metal or glass pan, grease it lightly with butter or oil. 6.
