Introducing Deathkory: Deathkory is an Aku variant of Kory and by far the deadliest of them all. Deathkory has 1,270,000 HP, 600,000 Shield HP, 4 KBs (Shield Regen at 100%), 190 range, 23,500 damage, and a 100% chance to create a Lv. 6 Wave. Using traditional methods of dealing with Wave enemies doesn’t work well against Deathkory due to his extremely destructive attack power. Even meatshields like Cactus start struggling to keep up with the high damage. I’ve found that the best way to take out Deathkory without a ranged Wave Blocker is to use Komuso to get through his Shield and Weaken him so Octo can actually tank long enough to replace itself. It should be a lot easier from there to take out Deathkory. Alternatively, you could use a more consistent Shield Pierce unit like Barrel and Weaken using Thauma instead, but this is just harder to do. This stage allows you to build up your wallet before hitting the base, so take advantage of that. Once you hit the base, Deathkory will spawn as a boss alongside Boraphim. Immediately lure Boraphim to your base, stall it with Ramen, and use Mushroom and Bahamut to take it down before Deathkory catches up. Dealing with both threats at once is ill advised since a single Deathkory Wave will destroy everything. Once Boraphim is down, do whatever you need to do to take care of Deathkory now that he’s alone.
