Here we go, from the beginning until the end. This movie shows the complete disassemble and rebuild until first start of this Velo Solex engine 3800 from 1966. The movie is just around 25 minutes long and therefore I had to cut out many of the little details that really show the depth of the rebuild. However, there are separate movies in the playlist that show all these details including all the subtitles that explain the steps. The engine had a blocked piston and therefore did not turn anymore. Getting it apart required some spot on force. Most of the original parts were refurbished to put them back in place in order to keep it as original as possible. The engine got a new cylinder, piston, connecting rod, bearings, sealings, ignition coil, ignition points, and many more little and necessary pieces. The carburetor and the fuel pump were completely rebuild. This is shown in a separate movie. Type of Video: ASMR
