In today’s vlog, I trained with my sister — a cheerleader and professional gymnast — and let’s just say… I barely survived 😅🔥 She put me through 5 intense core workouts for cheerleaders, and we did 2–3 sets of 10 reps each. In my eyes, the exercises looked simple… but once I tried them? Completely different story! Core strength is NO joke. My sister has been training since she was young, so she definitely knows what she’s doing. Watching her move so effortlessly made me realize how much strength, discipline, and consistency goes into gymnastics and cheer training. This workout was FUN, humbling, and TOUGH at the same time.
