I had to explain to them that we are not simply building regular homes, but these are luxury homes that we are building and most homes in Ghana are incomparable. I also had to explain that we also had a lot of infrastructure work to do because our development is about 2.5 km off the main road in the bush. So, we have quite a few very significant costs that add to the bottom line. However, the prices our customers pay for our homes are a steal compared to the value they are receiving.
