After I visited the sights in Muang Xay in Oudomxay Province, some locals told me that there was only one thing left in this area which I should visit - Nam Kat Yorla Pa. Nam Kat Yorla Pa is a protected forest area along the Nam Kat River and is about 20 kilometers outside of Muang Xay.
