In today's walk we are finally accompanied by a brilliant sun 👓☀️ Personally, the combination of pure snow and sunshine is the most beautiful, don't you think? I decided to go for a walk in the new residential area of Karisto, located in the city of Lahti, Finland. Karisto is located on the southern shore of Lake Kymijärvi. I think the neighborhood looks quite unique with its narrow streets and a nice combination of small and large colorful houses. Construction began in the early 2000s. More than 3000 inhabitants have found a home in Karisto. A large shopping center provides the area with more than 60 stores, including a hypermarket, cafes, restaurants and a wide selection of specialty stores. In winter, clearing snow is a work of knowledge and skill, the streets are narrow and the tightly built houses offer little or no space. The 2 largest households are adults (35+ years) and pensioners, 3rd are families with children. Today i was able to film 2 separate walks, which will soon be released in HDR quality.
