YALL - I'm not sure if I would classify this as a "hidden gem" necessarily, but why don't more people talk about this game!!! It could be because I'm a little late to the game and in my head 2017 was yesterday, but it's almost ten years since this game launched. If you had told me this game came out in 2026 I would've believed you. Every single little thing about this game speaks to me... the way the story is slowly fed to us, the soundtrack leaving me speechless at times, a combat system so satisfying it leaves you craving more enemies, insane skill tree, the missions, and of course the environmental design. I love a game that rewards attention to detail so I feel at home. This game is instantly shooting to the peaks of my love list.
