This panel discusses how ITU standards developed by ITU-T Study Group 11 and ongoing work can help prevent fraud and other related attacks. The panel will also identify further actions of different stakeholders (e.g. regulators, operators) for implementing this solution in existing networks as well as how ITU can facilitate it. In addition, the panel discusses the interoperability of the proposed solution with existing solutions, taking into account that there is no global consensus on how to solve the problem.
