The style of this pasuk was unusual and ... unsettling? We came up with a nice set of our own ideas - so many, in fact, that we didn't have as much time to explore the meforshim before the end of shiur. Even though I liked what we said, I still would have preferred to find a solid chiddush in the meforshim, like we usually do. Oh well! We love our meforshim at all times; they aren't just born for times of adversity.
