Of red chilli powder, one tsp cumin powder, one tsp salt and mix well. To the batter, add two onions thinly sliced, a bowl of nicely shredded cabbage and mix well again. Add, three tbsp. of gram flour, finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well. To a small pan, add two tsp of oil, spread across the pan, take little bit of the pan cake mixture, place it on the pan, spread evenly nice and thick. Close the pan and cook the pan cakes for seven minutes on a low flame. Once one side is cooked, gently flip it to the other side. Leaving the pan open, cook for another 5-7 minutes. Protein rich lentil pan cakes are ready to be served with any dip of your choice.
