Thirty-eight-year old Emma Frost is a stubborn calorie counting health enthusiast who weighs in at just over six stone. Emma is so obsessed with her `healthy' diet that she's actually starving herself of the food her body needs to stay fit. Meanwhile 23-year-old Scott Hastie, who snacks constantly between his gigantic meals, is now 25 and a half stone and in danger of serious health problems. Christian is forced to get tough with Emma who barely touches Scott's high calorie meals. And Scott gets a wake up call from America with a video message from Kenny, who weighs a staggering 37 stone and is dependent on a cocktail of drugs just to stay alive. Anna Richardson tries out the very latest bottom firming exercises in order to get a firmer, rounder derriere, and meets 50 year old Sarah Burge, who has spent over £500,000 on her face and body, and calls herself a real life Barbie. And the show's exploration of the lives of people in the grip of anorexia nervosa continues as the four participants try a spot of salsa dancing. Eating disorder dietician Ursula Philpott hopes salsa will encourage them to pursue more social, less intensive ways of keeping fit.
