Crispy edges, juicy centre, and packed with protein 💪 Perfect for a high-protein dinner or meal prep! 🥩 INGREDIENTS Chicken Crust: 500g chicken mince 2 large eggs 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp chicken seasoning (chicken spice blend or mixed herbs) ½ tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper Toppings: ½ cup pizza sauce 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese 12 slices beef pepperoni 👩🍳 METHOD 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 215°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2️⃣ In a large bowl, mix together: Chicken mince, Eggs, Garlic powder, Chicken seasoning, Salt, Black pepper. Mix until fully combined. 3️⃣ Transfer the mixture onto the lined baking tray and press into a thin, even rectangle or circle.
