EaSTER EGG HUNT FOR OUR FaMily of 10

Every year we have an Easter egg hunt, each of the kids get a color and their to look for their own eggs and if they see somebody else’s eggs they’re not supposed to tell them where they are but they usually do help each other. Normally we hide the eggs that night and then the next morning they get up and find their eggs, but because we had so much going on and it was such a beautiful day we chose to hide the eggs that day and let the kids play basketball while we hit the eggs. This year we decided to do three prize eggs, a first, second, and third prize egg with lots of candy and cash in them. It usually takes us about an hour to hide all of the eggs this year they got 14 eggs each which equals a lot. When I grew up we actually hid real eggs that we colored the night before, when I married my husband my mother-in-law would feel candy and money in plastic eggs and we would look for them. I kind of took her tradition and made it my own and my kids love it.
