Bryn, Jodie and Michael take the viewer through a normal day on site at Eyrie Cave on private property at Timor Caves in the upper Hunter Valley. Eyrie Cave will not give up it's secrets easily. The cave entrance was blocked by dirt that washed down the mountain over hundreds of years. It was later used as a rubbish hole. NHVSS (Caving Club) members have been digging by hand for 3 years now to uncover the way through. Cave decorations found so far are tantalising glimpses of what still lies below. Once uncovered we may be the first (non-indigenous) people ever to enter the cave. That gives us a unique opportunity to study the cave.
