Fantasia for Flute & Piano

A composition of Adrienne Albert, and reinterpreted for flutist Rik Noyce, "Fantasia" was originally composed in 2002 for outstanding clarinetist/saxophonist, Doug Masek. Noyce has performed the work in many venues throughout the U.S., Central America, and Canada. With its many mood shifts, rhythmic changes, and harmonic and melodic surprises, the work is both challenging and exciting for flutist and pianist alike. There is a thoughtful cadenza for the flute which explores nearly the entire range of the instrument.
