In September 2020 the teams of AirClips.com and it's German partner channel Cockpitfilme.de were granted exclusive access to LTG 63, the German Air Force Air Transport Squadron located in Hohn, Northern Germany. They were invited to join an absolutely rare and breathtaking mission aboard the classic European C-160 Transall transport aircraft. The flight of this 50 ton MTOW heavylift was routed from Germany to the island of Romo, Denmark, where a low-pass and three beach (!!!) landings were conducted. Come aboard and enjoy this unique experience. Sadly in 2021 Luftwaffe will retire all Transall aircraft, hence also adding a historic dimension to our film.
