This is the fifth spacing in your lower spine if you’re starting from the bottom. It is between the 2nd lumbar vertebrae and the 1st lumbar vertebrae. When you are in the full ELDOA and the bones are in a closed pac chain connection, you should feel the space between those two vertebrae which are located above the sacrum and below the ribcage. If you feel for the 12th rib of the ribcage from the sides of your body and follow that to the centre of your back, it would be the 2nd space going downwards.
