This is a better retake of lifts I have filmed before. Speed: 1.75 m/s JTC Trendspace is one of the earlier buildings built for the redevelopment of Sungei Kadut Industrial Estate, which houses multiple factories in a multi-storey building instead of individual plots of single-user factories. Specifically, this targets the furniture industry which operates in the area, while the metal and timber industries moved to TimMac@Kranji, and the recycling industry moved to Kranji Green. As the passenger and service lobbies are split for Lobby 2, they have lettered sub-lobbies, which in this case, is Lobby 2A and Lobby 2B. Both of these lobbies serve the executive corridor for units 4 to 7, as well as 2nd Mezzanine which only has mechanical equipment. This passenger lobby has a single lift, PL2, which has the same stopping pattern as the service lifts, down to the fact that the 1st Mezzanine does not exist as a landing for these lifts despite having buttons for that floor.
