Hi. My name is Dan Levinsohn. I love New Jersey. I love the United States. I love lamp. ...? After years of pain -- political, physical, emotional pain; I'm physically disabled and live with complex regional pain syndrome and complex post-traumatic stress disorder following an "auto-ped" car crash in Brooklyn in 2017 -- I am running the 2026 NYC Marathon (or 2026 Atlantic City Marathon) this November. I also hope to run for Congress as a Democrat that same month -- to become a member of the House of Representatives. I'd be honored to serve the great Garden State/New Jersey's 5th District. To do that, I'd need to primary our current Congressman -- the AIPAC-funded Josh Gottheimer (who I also appreciate and consider something of a hero, although ). As your congressman, I will better NJ-05/New Jersey/the U.S. by improving our broken national healthcare system (which implies we even have a national healthcare system. I will create, enhance, and enforce internet/date privacy laws. I will not accept AIPAC funding, will reduce or completely cut funding to the Israel war machine, and I will NEVER support a war of choice -- and I will ALWAYS support ALL human rights. If I need more political experience before I'm elected to represent NJ-05 as your Congressperson, I hope you'll consider letting me serve you as a member of borough council this year, or you'll consider voting for me to become mayor of Oradell. Regardless of political position, regardless of when (or if) I'm elected, the point stands: I want to serve YOU! Let's put the "unity" back in "community!" Let's make America love again (MALA)! Today is International Women's Day. I'm thinking of and thanking all the women who have made my life as great as it is. I hope you'll reflect on the women who enhanced your lives -- and the lives of others. Calling all angels: I won't give up if you won't give up! From Jersey with love and gratitude, Dan Levinsohn
