Hi, everyone. I'm Evangeline right here at etrailer. Today, I'm gonna be reviewing the BioLite BaseCharge 1500+. This is gonna be a large portable power station ideal for if you and your friends are gonna be out in the woods or on the water for a week or more and you wanna make sure all of your devices are charged. This is compatible with solar panels, and we'll talk about that in the video as well as talk about how I really like how durable this is, its modern design and how easy it is to carry, making it truly a portable system. So if you're looking for something to keep your gadgets and devices charged for your adventures, let's take a look at some of the features this has, and then we'll together figure out what is the right fit for you. Now, I've been on all kinds of adventures, and I like to be that friend that has everything we need and is super prepared, so I tend to bring power stations. This would be something that I would bring when it's a large group, maybe five, more of us, and we're gonna be out for a while. This is because 1500-plus watts of capacity is gonna be a big hefty power station, but what's interesting about the BaseCharge 1500+ is it doesn't feel as heavy. Yes, it is kind of a lift, but I've had some power stations where I had someone else carry it because there was no way I was lugging that around the camp site. This one feels a lot more doable. It's about 26 1/2 pounds of weight, and it's got some really easy to use handles on the side that makes this not as awful. Yes, it is still on the heavier side, so this is something that you would tuck inside your vehicle or in your trailer, but if you need to bring it out to the campsite, it should be no hassle at all. For the devices that can be charged with this, you've got a really good variety here, and in my opinion, some pretty modern offerings in terms of ports. Now, you do have your standard DC ports, and this is direct current most popularly used with your 12-volt appliances or accessories, usually the things that you would be charging inside your car. You also have your smaller DC barrel ports. Then you have your AC ports, and this is gonna be similar to your wall outlets. This is actually something that I use pretty often for charging up my laptop, or when a friend has a home air mattress that they bring camping, this is how I inflate that mattress. Up top, you have your USB ports, and I'm also very particular about the USB ports. These have two standard USB-As but also two USB-C ports, and to add to that, there's gonna be an in/out USB-C port. So you can actually charge your BioLite Power Station with a USB-C charger. So that's something that, like a charger that you'd usually see for those laptops, just that higher capacity charger. Up top, you do have wireless charging. So for phones that have that capability, this has wireless Qi charging, helpful just to free up some spots in the ports. Now, as large as this space is, I tried. This does not work with more than one phone. Your one phone has to be centered over the top but still a nice extra feature. The display is pretty bright and intuitive, which is my favorite part. So you can turn off the display if you wanna either save on power or you're using this at night and it's a little too bright for comfort. When you turn it on, even in the bright studio lights, we can very easily see the numbers up here. So on the left side, we have hours to empty, great indicator of how long this is gonna last without charging it. You have your percentage of battery in the center, and then on the right, you have your input watts number and your output watts number. So I have an output of 13 watts as I charge the phone. You also have power going out when you have your different ports on or off. So you can turn off your different ports by just pressing their respective buttons on the front panel. And there are other features on this too, like when you turn on the different ports, you can see how much power has been used by the power station and the devices plugged into it, and you can see other fun things like if you have your charger plugged in and it starts to charge. Just like that, says charger connected. So how do you get this charged and keep it charged Well, you have a couple options. Now, the best option to get this large capacity power station charged is to use the large capacity power supply box that comes with it. So
