The SUV featured in this review is Audi’s best seller. This is a highly competitive segment and for 2022, Audi makes some subtle changes for the Q5. As with most Audi’s, the Premium Plus trim is the best bang for the buck. I would most likely go with a base model hybrid since there is no point in paying high premiums for the Prestige trim or the Sportback model. Audi gives you the pragmatic options as standard like the Quattro AWD and the S Line is readily available throughout the lineup. The BMW X3 poses a great threat to the Q5 since it too got improvements for 2022. I’m not a fan of the Mercedes GLC and its lack of refinement regarding the engine and the interior solidity, but those looking for a Benz will still be happy with it I’m sure.
