How to change the air shaft and adjust travel on Rockshox forks. Im changing the travel on the 2021 Rockshox Zeb, but this process is suitable for Lyrik, Pike, Yari and Zeb. I mention adding 150ml of grease on the dowel - just to add, I meant here to apply grease up to 150mm high on the length of the dowel, so you are inserting the grease up to 150mm inside the tube (not 150ml of grease by volume!)
