After a few failed attempts to fix my Honda's rough idle condition with the PCV Valve and the MAP Sensor, I finally solved the mystery with the EGR Valve cleaning. This was a very easy job to do, and only required a 12mm socket, a lot of carburetor cleaner and a new EGR Valve Gasket.
