This portion focuses on flexibility and mindfulness, helping you connect breath to movement as we build space in your body. You’ll ease deeper into stretches like Pigeon Pose, perfect for hip mobility and releasing lower-body tightness before we shift back into Pilates mode. Our Pilates section features four traditional mat Pilates exercises, thoughtfully chosen to tone, lengthen, and sculpt your muscles. These moves focus on posture alignment, body awareness, and that lean, strong, graceful body Pilates is known for. Expect to feel your core working hard while also engaging your glutes, thighs, and arms — it’s truly a full-body reset.
