Nazgrim is first introduced as sargeant Nazgrim in Grizzly hills as a standard quest giver. After the Northrend campaigns comes to an end and Hellscream is brought up to the rank as warchief, Nazgrim rose within the ranks of the horde military and became a kor'kron Legionnaire. Then in Cataclysm you sail with Legionnaire Nazgrim in what you think is to the location of a new battleground and end up getting ship wrecked by a kraken and kidnapped by the naga. While in Vashj'ir you help Nazgrim fight the naga and kill Lady Vashj in the throne of tides. In the concluding events to the Vashj'ir storyline, Nazgrim regards the players as "Friend". Following the events of the destruction of theramore when the horde and alliance are on the verge of a 4th war, Nazgrim is promoted to the rank of General and sent to lead the expedition on pandaria and establish a foothold. Once you crash-land on pandaria you help him in the Jade forest make his "mark" on the newly discovered continent. Unlike Hellscream, Nazgrim doesnt see all other races of the horde as weak and makes it a point to use each races strengths during the jade forrest questlines. After hellscream obtains the old gods heart he returns to orgrimar and calls Nazgrim back with him. During the Siege of orgimar, After the Alliance and the rebellion smash their way through the city, Nazgrim is there waiting for them and dies during his defense of orgrimar. As a quest line shows in dragon-blight, when your enlisting a few tanku into the horde "Lok'tar ogar! Victory or death - it is these words that bind me to the Horde. For they are the most sacred and fundamental of truths to any warrior of the Horde. I give my flesh and blood freely to the Warchief. I am the instrument of my Warchief's desire.
