Vintage 80's Tokai Strat Demo/Review

Vintage 80's Made in Japan (arguably better than most of the Fender's being made in the US at the time) Tokai AST-56 Strat (Fender Stratocaster copy). This is a demo/review I filmed and never posted as I mostly made these to go with ebay listings and I had kept it for years trying to get used to the V neck...a slight one I kind of like but this was tough for me to really embrace (as much as my '97 Fender neck...which I've recently reshaped myself to really, really get the feel I want). Bottom line is these things are generally great...with a good clean up and set up by a competent guitar tech...I was highly impressed with it and it was plenty beat up...but it felt like a really nice vintage Strat and sounded pretty amazing...better than a boatload of Fenders I have heard. Do the blind test if you can...how does it feel in your hands and sound to your ears (and start unplugged...don't even plug it in if you don't like the feel of it)? If you liked anything I played, I've started another channel that's howardsguitars and is mostly original music...some of it done in an insanely extreme way....that's all I'm going to say or I'll sound crazy.
