Entire Family is Back on a Healthy Diet

We've been living in America for nearly a year now and its taken us this long to get the entire family back on track. Our family is finally back on a healthy diet. We go grocery shopping to get the highest quality foods at the cheapest price. We are able to buy a lot of organic foods and unique snacks this way for Rafael to take in his lunchbox. I have lost over 170 pounds and am continuing on my keto diet with my staple foods and snacks. Hadar is on a mixed whole food diet along with Abigail. Rafael has OCD and Autism and diet really does help to affect his mood, attention span, and some of the behaviors that come with having OCD and Autism. It is really important that he specifically is eating a healthy diet. He was raised on really good, healthy food, so he craves it and does not have any food aversions or trouble with textures or eating.
