Another issue is the mismanagement of funds meant to tackle homelessness. We’re paying higher taxes, but where’s the progress? It’s hard not to feel disheartened. And oh, the traffic! Portland Oregon faces persistent traffic nightmares, and the public transportation system doesn’t make up for it. Lack of proper planning has only made these issues worse.
