This is a 25mins vinyasa flow practice taken at a slow and steady pace with options for all levels although perhaps not for complete beginners. Featuring sun salutations, plank, cobra, upward dog, downward dog, high lunges, lunge twists, warrior 2, cobblers pose, staff pose, squat and more! This is a great morning routine to wake you up and energise you, firing up the body whilst calming the mind and spirit.
