ASMR Stir-fried Spicy Noodles Mukbang Cambodian? *No Talking* 먹방 suellASMR

Welcome, my Suellies! I tried to recreate a Khmer (Cambodian) recipe called Khmer Lot Char (stir-fried rice pin noodles) that a friend showed me several years ago. She tossed hot flat rice noodles in garlic oil and sprinkled on a little sweetened soy sauce, dried shrimp, and chili flakes. I have fond memories of how delicious it was that I felt inspired to share it with you. Unfortunately, it has been so long that I have forgotten the proportions and the right balance. I did my best with what I had in the cupboards and used thick round rice noodles, often used in Vietnamese bún bò huế (Central Vietnamese spicy beef soup). Although it was still delicious, it was not the same. I have chosen to share this video in order to demonstrate how I handle disappointments. Even though we encounter obstacles, we can choose how we respond to it. In this case, I have chosen to eat my delicious mistakes!
