Three people were killed and two others severely injured after a 15-year-old crashed a car into a restaurant in Taipei’s Neihu District. The incident happened on Thursday night. The teenager did not have a driving license, being too young to obtain one. The car was his grandfather’s, and he was driving it to meet his friends.
