Abruzzo Rural Property is an international real estate agency operating in the Abruzzo and Molise regions. For the past 15 years, we have been helping international clients find their dream home in Italy and also to relocate here. But why is Abruzzo so special? Abruzzo is a region in central Italy, on the east coast, facing the Adriatic Sea. It is special because it has a very diverse landscape: there are 85 miles of beautiful beaches where you can swim from May until the end of September. Abruzzo also has 3 National Parks; for this reason, it is considered the greenest region in Europe. There are 3 ski resorts, and it is very easy to reach the beach from the mountains: it takes just an hour and a half by car. This means you can spend the morning in the mountains and the afternoon at the seaside. In Abruzzo, you can also find the Gran Sasso d’Italia, the highest mountain in the Apennines and many beautiful small towns full of Italian character. Like everywhere in Italy, in Abruzzo you can enjoy delicious food. The cuisine is based on fresh ingredients: vegetables, seafood on the coast, and in the mountains, local meats and cheeses. The region is also famous for Montepulciano d’Abruzzo red wine, which you have probably already heard of. Eating out in this part of Italy is not expensive and always very enjoyable. Abruzzo has 4 provinces, and the one we mainly focus on is Chieti Province. It is special because it has two UNESCO World Heritage treasures: 1. The Costa dei Trabocchi, a 25-mile coastline scattered with traditional fishing huts on stilts (trabocchi), many of which have been converted into romantic restaurants; 2. The Majella Geopark, a National Park rich in fascinating geological sites. If you are planning to retire in the Abruzzo region, there is also an interesting flat-rate tax of 7% if you transfer your pension here, in a town with fewer than 20,000 residents. We could keep talking about Abruzzo for hours… but why don’t you come and discover it for yourself? ✨ If you enjoyed this video, don’t forget to like 👍 and subscribe 🔔 to our channel for more videos! 📩 For more information, contact us at: info@abruzzoruralproperty.com 🌐 Our website: https://www.abruzzoruralproperty.com/
