The big take away is patience, self care and radical acceptance of where you are is critical. Maybe you will be pregnant an insatiable. Maybe you'll be pregnant and have a dip in your libido. Maybe you'll experience post partum after your child arrives and you will just not be into it. Either way- sex after giving birth can be a challenging experience.
