Saxophone endorsed – Selmer Paris https://www.selmer.fr Reed endorsed - D’addario https://www.daddario.com －－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－ Wyman Wat 屈雅汶 Mosaic 《非凡意象》 (2012) I Phoenix 鳯凰姿采 II Fountainsn泉 III Lanternsn花燈會 IV Acrobatics 藝者 V Metropolis 大都會 所謂意象，就是融會了創作主體的主觀情意、啟發性或象徵的客觀物象。不少詩詞是一句一意象，甚至兩句合起來才構成一個完整意象。《非凡意象》每首樂曲皆有其獨特意象，當所有樂曲合起來，又引起另一意象。透過此作品，令人將熟悉的音樂或事物跟看似沒有關連的東西串聯一起，啟發觀眾的聯想。作品內容表現不出任何規律和次序，一般只能在一個動機上作短暫逗留，常因外部客觀物象的突然出現而被取代；任何音樂或事物都有可能打斷思路，激發新的思緒與浮想，由此釋放一連串的印象和感觸。追求音色上的變化同時，探求意境上的呈現，由此引來藝術上的前瞻性。 The concept arises from the technique of a decorative art, mosaic, which creates images by assembling small pieces of colored glass, stone or other materials. Each movement in Mosaic features a distinct image or scenery. The composer attempts to stimulate the audience's sensation through juxtaposing familiar images with seemingly unrelated ones, or displaying these images from entirely unconventional perspectives. After experiencing the five movements, an overall picture subjected to audience's imagination will be created.
